In Bloom has had a very wonderful and busy wedding season this year. By the end of the July we will have designed, installed, and picked up 52 weddings, numerous rehearsal dinners, and several large corporate events. When you take into account all the daily activities of a retail florist, you can believe we have had many long hours at the design studio. The question we are ask most often is, "How do you do all that, week after week? First and foremost it is the passion and dedication of our staff. Add to that, Mark's planning and organizational skills and my eye for quality and detail. When you combine all that you can achieve all the beauty you see in the photos above.
The Current Wedding Trend Report
We see trends come and go and are happy to report a decline in the Pinterest fueled burlap & mason jar craze that had a good run. The current trend is beautiful flowers in a very pale palette of creamy whites, soft pinks and or peach, with silvery gray or fresh green foliage. The race between Silver and Gold finishes has ended with soft golds in the lead. The look is soft and classic and as you can see it photographs beautifully. As we head into the fall season the colors will shift to the beautiful rich colors of the season. With 35 remaining weddings on the books for 2017 and our hectic Christmas decorating schedule we are sure to be burning the candle at both ends!
A big thanks to all our cheerleaders out there,
Ron Cooper, co-owner of In Bloom Floral Design Studio
